School Business Manager

We are looking for an outstanding School Business Manager to join our Administrative Team upon the retirement of the present incumbent in December ‘18. The successful candidate will need to be experienced and highly competent to fulfil the varied responsibilities of all four strands of the job: administration, personnel, premises and finance, with a good working knowledge of SIMs and FMS, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and personnel procedures. They will also be responsible for line managing a team within our large staff.

The SBM works alongside the Headteacher and staff and has regular contact with children, families, outside agencies and contractors. We therefore want to appoint an enthusiastic, organised, and friendly individual who will be fully committed to our values, vision and ethos as well as being able to support the school in its continual drive for improvement.

SBM Job Description

KS2 Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a qualified KS2 Teaching Assistant to work alongside existing staff to deliver interventions to groups of children and provide support for children with SEND. This is a fixed term contract until 31st August, 2019 and we would like the successful candidate to join us as soon as possible. Experience of working with children with a range of needs would be an advantage.

Working pattern: Tuesday to Friday: 8:50am – 3:05pm to include lunch duty each day with half an hour unpaid lunch either before or after the children’s lunchtime.
